Parex-monorex is a one coat Colour render from Lafarge. This type of product is more commonly know as a 'monocouche". The word 'monocouche' is a French word, when broken down, mono means one and couche means coat giving us the saying of 'one coat' or 'monocouche' render.

Parex-monorex was developed by Lafarge in France to be applied to a building by 'hawk and Trowel' or with a plastering machine. Parex-monorex comes in a 30kg bag; the only ingredient missing is water. All of the ingredients that make up this one coat waterproofing render are added in a controlled environment under close supervision from Quality Control.

Parex-monorex is being used more and more on building sites for a variety of reasons; >
